GENERAL FEATURES

The MCT NT is also available in the NT LIGHT configuration, that is, a CMM equipped with a light aluminum alloy Z spindle and x-axis “Single Read” system.

  • Main crossbar y made of light aluminum alloy for maximum rigidity and minimum moving mass
  • Silicon Carbide Z spindle: the use of this material ensures exceptional performance in terms of rigidity and thermal stability
  • Multi-sensor system for automatic compensation of errors due to thermal expansion of structural components.
  • “Dual Read” system on both X-spars, enables maintenance of excellent metrological performance up to cross sections of 2500 x 1800 mm
  • Spars (X-axis) with controlled expansion
  • Optical lines with high resolution free expansion system (0.1µm)
  • Can be equipped with a complete fairing and bellows system on the main movable structure (X / Y axes)

– PH10M/PH10MQ/PH20/TP20/TP200: Ø4mm x stylus length20mm
– PH10MQ/SP25: SM1, stylus Ø 5mm x 50mm
– L= measurement length in mm
– Ambient temperature conditions:
T: 18÷22 °C; Gradients max: 1.0 °C/h – 2.0 °C/24h – 0.5 °C/m
